About the role

  • Werkstudent in Softwareentwicklung für Microsoft Power Platform und Dynamics 365. Analyse von Anforderungen und eigenständige Umsetzung der Lösungen in einem agilen Umfeld.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and capturing requirements directly with our customers (remote or on-site)
  • Structuring, packaging and evaluating requirements with respect to technical feasibility
  • Discussing and aligning solution approaches and responsibilities with the internal team
  • Independently implementing requirements — primarily using Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) based on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborating with our developers when you need support with more complex requirements
  • Training and onboarding in Power Apps, especially Model-Driven Apps, and in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) — with close mentoring from experienced colleagues
  • Gradual development of expertise in the core platforms on which our customer solutions are built

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in (business) computer science or a related field
  • Ideally you have at least two years of study remaining and want to work as a working student during this time
  • You want to work 15–20 hours per week on a regular basis (more hours possible during semester breaks)
  • You already have initial practical experience in software development
  • You have worked in teams or companies and understand what matters in everyday work
  • Native-level German language skills (C2) are required
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • French language skills are a plus but not required
  • Ideally you already have exposure to Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, or low-code platforms
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor Pro, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus
