About the role

• Senior Engineer designing and maintaining advanced test infrastructure for cloud-based systems at Wind River. Collaborating with corporate IT teams and leveraging technologies like AWS and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced test infrastructure for cloud-based systems.
• Involve in network architecture, automation, and orchestration of test environments leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and Wind River platforms.
• Collaborate closely with corporate IT teams to optimize network design and ensure robust, scalable, and secure test environments.

Requirements

• Lead the design and implementation of test environments for Wind River Cloud Platform projects.
• Define and document network architecture for test and project-specific infrastructure.
• Collaborate with corporate IT to ensure seamless integration and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage and maintain lab infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of lab reliability by evaluating current implementations and performing root cause analysis of reported issues.
• Assess and optimize lab processes to improve reliability and maximize hardware utilization.
• Support application testing and deployment by ensuring robust and reliable connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Document lab designs and change management procedures for transparency and compliance.
• Extensive experience working in Agile environments; experience as a Scrum Master is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end—from defining requirements through design, implementation, and testing.
• Proficiency in infrastructure architecture and design.
• Proven ability to implement secure, scalable network infrastructures and troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, apply security best practices, and maintain high-performance network environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based infrastructure, AWS services, and virtualization technologies.
