Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering and 2+ years leading or managing a team - minimum 6+ years of experience in total.
- Proven track record designing and delivering distributed systems or cloud-based applications (GCP or AWS).
- Strong technical proficiency in backend development (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems, REST/gRPC APIs).
- Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Skilled in system design and architecture, with the ability to balance scalability, performance, and developer experience.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and ownership.
