Project Coordinator at Apollo Projects managing documentation and communications in construction projects across Auckland. Supporting Health and Safety and project setup processes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and general project communications
Assist with the management of Health and Safety documentation and training courses for the project team.
Meeting coordination and minute taking.
Assist and drive all tasks involved in project set up.
Assist in coordination and submission of consents and RFI's.
Assist in formatting of DFR's and assisting the design team where required.
Drive closeout of projects, including coordination and submission of CCC with relevant council authority.
Anything else that may be thrown at you on any given day!
Requirements
3+ year's experience in a similar administrative role; preferably in the construction industry
Proven and extensive administration skills
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
A conscientious, inquisitive and “can do” attitude
Extensive experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Procore
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Lots of initiative, self-motivation and self management.
