Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and analyze various documentation: Planning, requirements, design, support, and test
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
- Deliver Subject Matter Expertise on the nuclear command and control planning process, instructing and evaluating USSTRATCOM directorates
- Perform Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure software meets quality specifications
- Work as a member of an agile software development team
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess a Top Clearance security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, including 5 years supporting DoD Agile Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)
- Experience supporting the Government with an analysis of operational impact related to system and software engineering proposed changes
