About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a seamless banking experience
  • Meet each customer’s end-to-end financial needs
  • Complete customer transactions and engage in needs-based conversations
  • Educate customers on available financial solutions
  • Deliver high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as a role model and peer coach in a collaborative team

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology
  • Working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
  • Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending is desired
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
