About the role

  • Onboarding Specialist managing Markets Client Data activities for ANZ. Ensuring compliance, timely setups, and stakeholder communication within financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Minimize operational loss by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and procedures, reducing risks such as delays, compensation claims, and other operational costs.
  • Partner closely with customers to thoroughly understand and define change requirements that are practical, aligned to business needs, and supported by the right stakeholders throughout the elicitation process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating requirements clearly and effectively to ensure shared understanding and smooth project delivery.
  • Consistently follow ANZ policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and project methodologies, while actively contributing ideas and feedback to improve project execution and governance processes.
  • Demonstrate a positive, collaborative mindset by supporting team members, encouraging a cooperative work environment, and helping ensure the successful delivery of shared goals and assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience within the financial services industry, regulatory compliance, Markets Product lifecycle.
  • Quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services operations.
  • Strong understanding of Markets Products and their Lifecycles
  • Good understanding across regulatory requirements.
  • Regulations like Dodd Frank, FATCA, CRS, EMIR, MiFID, and workflow tools.
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced, high intensity, high demand and deadline driven environment.
  • Team player & Self-motivated, committed to team & task, sharing knowledge, helping team members.
  • Self-driven & highly motivated, organized working style, Able to go the extra mile, Solution-oriented attitude, pragmatic.
  • Good problem solving skills, committed to Quality framework, Following & Improving processes.
  • Able to follow corporate reporting standards

  • Excellent computer skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
