About the role

  • Analytical Engineer driving digital transformation in a successful fashion company. Focus on data-driven decisions related to E-Commerce, CRM and Omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop robust data foundations to support strategic and operational decisions related to online retail, customer experience and sales.
  • You will work closely with E‑Commerce, Marketing, IT and Retail teams.
  • Analyze shop, CRM, marketing and customer data.
  • Performance analyses for campaigns and channels.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Develop forecasts and KPI models.
  • Build and further develop a central data lake as a single source of truth.
  • Harmonize and integrate various data sources (shop system, CRM, ERP, marketing tools, POS).
  • Design and implement modern analytics architectures in collaboration with IT and Data Engineering.
  • Automate reporting and ensure data quality.
  • Promote innovation, AI use cases and data‑driven automation.
  • Actively participate in transformation projects to advance the company’s digital development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Statistics or Business Administration
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence or data‑driven marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI and SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 or Azure Data Services is an advantage
  • Initial experience in developing dataflows, semantic data models and modern data architecture
  • Interest in CRM analysis, customer segmentation and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Enthusiasm for automation, AI‑driven analytics and data‑driven innovation
  • Enjoy working with data and staying up to date on new tools, trends and AI
  • Very good German and good English, both spoken and written, for optimal team communication
