Responsibilities
Act in a specialized and strategic manner in the calculation and pricing of rates and prices for government bonds, debentures and certificates of receivables (CRI and CRA), ensuring methodological robustness, technical consistency and adherence to market best practices.
Monitor, analyze and critically interpret events that impact the payment flows of assets, assessing financial effects, risks and regulatory impacts, and advising internal teams and stakeholders on observed implications.
Lead the identification, proposal and implementation of enhancements to calculation, pricing and disclosure methodologies, ensuring a high level of accuracy, data traceability and compliance with market parameters, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive strategic projects to improve processes, automate tasks and develop new products and indicators, acting as a technical reference, defining scopes and priorities, and monitoring deliveries, deadlines and quality.
Design, implement and maintain advanced automation and monitoring solutions to ensure published information adheres to market parameters, using languages and tools such as VBA, Python, R, SQL and Power BI, promoting efficiency gains, scalability and reduction of operational risks.
Act as a technical mentor to less experienced analysts, disseminating knowledge, guiding best practices and contributing to the team’s development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.
Proven professional experience in calculation, pricing and analysis of government bonds, debentures and certificates of receivables (CRI and CRA), with extensive work in regulated environments and high operational criticality.
Advanced knowledge of the financial market, fixed-income asset structures, credit events, payment flows, market conventions, indicators and pricing best practices.
Strong technical command of calculation, pricing and financial disclosure methodologies, with a critical ability to evaluate, review, enhance and validate models, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to market parameters and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, automation and development projects for new products and indicators, covering scope definition through monitoring of deliveries, deadlines, quality and business impact.
Advanced knowledge of automation, analysis and data visualization languages and tools such as VBA, Python, R, SQL and Power BI, applied to the creation of scalable, traceable solutions focused on mitigating operational risks.
Critical thinking, systems vision and the ability to make decisions in complex scenarios, evaluating financial, regulatory and operational impacts.
Ability to act as a technical reference, mentoring less experienced analysts, sharing knowledge, defining best practices and actively contributing to team development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, managers and stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable information.
Proactive, organized profile with a high sense of responsibility, autonomy, strategic vision and strong commitment to quality, governance and continuous improvement.
Advanced English is considered a plus.
