About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring strategic and operational projects;
- Manage schedules, scopes, budgets and risks, applying agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies according to the context;
- Support the prioritization of requests and allocation of resources;
- Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions;
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards and compliance requirements;
- Facilitate communication between business areas, technology, risk and senior management;
- Work in an integrated manner with business, technology and governance teams, promoting alignment between initiatives and corporate objectives;
- Act as a facilitator between technical teams and business areas, ensuring effective communication and data-driven decision making;
- Responsible for preparing executive reports, performance indicators (KPIs) and presentations for committees and managers;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the Strategic Master Plan, contributing to the area’s strategic planning in alignment with corporate guidelines and prioritizing projects and requests according to business objectives and resource constraints.
Requirements
- Solid experience managing projects of medium to high complexity;
- Ability to analyze requirements, define schedules, map risks and propose mitigation plans;
- Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, clear communication and results orientation;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT or related fields;
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (MS Project, Jira);
- Certifications such as PMP, PSM (Scrum Master), PSPO (Product Owner) or similar;
- ITIL Foundation certification;
- COBIT Foundation certification;
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management at a medium or large organization;
- Experience with both agile and traditional methodologies;
