About the role

  • Lead CX / Platform Architect at AMN Healthcare, responsible for defining and executing architecture for contact center solutions. Overseeing implementation of AI and cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the CX and communications platform architecture
  • Lead design and evolution of IP Telephony, Contact Center, and VoIP solutions
  • Architect and guide implementations across cloud platforms
  • Provide technical advisory services for complex, multi-platform solutions
  • Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to drive platform enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
  • Experience in contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Talkdesk)
  • Technical expertise in IP Telephony, VoIP solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with security, governance, and compliance principles
