About the role

• Finance Analyst overseeing budget processes and performance indicators at AMLabs, innovating financial management for autonomous mini-markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process, financial projections and scenario analyses, ensuring consistent data and on-time deliverables;
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs, management P&L, churn, LTV, CAC, margin, etc.), proposing insights and improvements to optimize results;
• Ensure the integrity and standardization of financial information, serving as a reference for the team in controllership best practices;
• Manage cash flow, anticipating needs and supporting the business's financial sustainability;
• Actively support audit processes, due diligence and fundraising, preparing reports and detailed analyses;
• Act as a point of contact with financial institutions and partners, providing accurate information and contributing to informed financial decisions;

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
• Previous experience in the role;
• Prior experience in finance and administration at technology companies is a strong plus;
• Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation;
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems and dashboard tools for KPI monitoring;
• Strong analytical skills, organization, an ownership mindset and clear communication;
• Intermediate or advanced English;
