About the role

Responsibilities
- Govern the AI Lifecycle by defining long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Establish Ethical & Regulatory Frameworks to develop a robust AI governance framework
- Manage 'Data for AI' Assets by overseeing governance of training datasets
- Monitor Model Trust & Safety by auditing model performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Promote AI Literacy & Culture by designing and implementing training programs
Requirements
- Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives with engineering, security, and policy teams
- At least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML governance or AI risk management
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML systems including cloud-native AI stacks (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI)
- A track record of identifying and mitigating risks in complex environments
- Solid storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with AI governance and observability platforms
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Law & Technology, or related field
- Experience in travel, transportation, or enterprise technology sectors
- Deep understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle
- Familiarity with Professional certifications such as CIPP/AI
