About the role

  • IT Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting IT project requirements. Engaging with business and technical stakeholders to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements for IT projects
  • engagement with both business and technical stakeholders
  • produce detailed documentation
  • translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
  • work with Project Managers to define scope, timelines, and resourcing
  • assist with the development of training materials and deliver workshops

Requirements

  • Degree in a computing, business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience in a dedicated IT Business Analyst role, ideally on enterprise-level projects
  • Professional qualifications are desirable (e.g. IIBA, BCS Business Analysis Diploma, Agile BA, Scrum Master)
