- Support the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Requirements
- A strong academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, consulting, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and common growth metrics
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (especially Google Sheets), including complex formulas, and confidence working with data; experience with BI tools, SQL, or planning/reporting systems is a plus
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights that support decision-making
- Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-finance stakeholders
- A well-organized and reliable self-starter, able to proactively take ownership of tasks and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
