About the role

Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for managing approximately 15,000 usage and lease agreements across Germany
- Reviewing new usage and lease agreements for completeness, accuracy and plausibility
- Independently handling contract renewals within the existing portfolio
- Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and securities/encumbrances
- Serving as the central point of contact for all inquiries related to usage and lease agreements within the organization
- Reviewing land registry matters, e.g., ownership structures, priority entries and encumbrances
- Administration and management of owned land and properties
Requirements
- University degree with an economic/business focus or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., bank clerk, real estate clerk)
- Ideally legal knowledge, especially in contract law and/or land registry (land title) law
- Desirable: experience in the renewable energy sector
- Structured, careful and well-organized working style
- Team player with a confident manner when interacting with internal stakeholders
- Good IT literacy
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
