Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall management of the shop
  • (Further) development of your team through training and coaching
  • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines
  • Planning and organizing in-store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff scheduling and planning

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/retail vocational training
  • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail
  • Preferably experience in managing a store
  • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
