About the role

  • Occupational Safety Analyst at ALTAVE focusing on health initiatives and workplace well-being. Managing safety protocols, ergonomics, and community impact programs in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Full management of ASOs and document control with partner clinics.
  • Monitoring and analysis of workplace accidents, including issuance and registration of CAT (commuting and on-premises incidents at ALTAVE).
  • Coordination of the Workplace Exercise (Gymnastics) Program.
  • Implementation of initiatives aligned with the "Mental Health Promoting Company" bill.
  • Planning and execution of awareness campaigns.
  • Preparation, review and control of Work Orders (NR-1).
  • Active participation in and support for CIPA activities.
  • Organization of SIPATMA.
  • Support during audits.
  • Management of the Ergonomics Program, including: guidance and training; conducting ergonomic assessments; preventive actions and ergonomic improvements.
  • Participation in the Equity & Inclusion Committee and the Women’s Program.
  • Involvement in structuring and executing social programs, such as: internal volunteer activities; social impact projects in health, education, well-being and inclusion; partnerships with NGOs and institutions; social responsibility events.
  • Support for initiatives that reinforce the company’s role as a positive impact agent in the community.

Requirements

  • Mandatory education: Occupational Safety Technician (TST).
  • Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Physiotherapy, Physical Education, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the main Regulatory Norms (NRs), occupational health and corporate well-being.
  • Experience with ASO, CAT, ergonomics, prevention campaigns and document management.
  • Good communication skills, ability to conduct training and work collaboratively.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B1-B2) preferred.
  • Additional differentiators: experience with social programs, diversity and inclusion, and mental health projects.
