About the role

  • Buchhalter managing accounting and payroll processes for KFV in Wien. Involves bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank)
  • Prepare documentation for the settlement of freelance contractors
  • Review and process travel expense reports
  • Manage dunning (payment reminders)
  • Prepare bank transfers
  • Review externally prepared payroll

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education (HAK, HAS)
  • Three years' professional experience in accounting and payroll
  • Excellent MS Office and German language skills
  • Strong analytical skills and service orientation
  • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for working with digital tools
