About the role

  • Cyber Security Architect specializing in federal government clients. Develops and maintains enterprise systems and IT architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains business systems, and information processes to support enterprise mission needs
  • Develops information technology (IT) rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures
  • Analyze and refine Health IT cyber systems requirements
  • Translate systems requirements into application prototypes
  • Plan and design systems architecture
  • Write, debug, and maintain code
  • Determine and design applications architecture
  • Determine output media/format and design user interfaces
  • Work with customers to test applications
  • Assure software and system quality and functionality
  • Integrate hardware and software components
  • Write and maintain program documentation
  • Evaluate new applications software technologies; and/or ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of application software services

Requirements

  • A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated.
  • 9+ years as an Enterprise Architect (Cyber)
  • Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Proven history of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Active or recent previous DHA experience HIGHLY desired.
