About the role
- Cyber Security Architect specializing in federal government clients. Develops and maintains enterprise systems and IT architectures.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains business systems, and information processes to support enterprise mission needs
- Develops information technology (IT) rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures
- Analyze and refine Health IT cyber systems requirements
- Translate systems requirements into application prototypes
- Plan and design systems architecture
- Write, debug, and maintain code
- Determine and design applications architecture
- Determine output media/format and design user interfaces
- Work with customers to test applications
- Assure software and system quality and functionality
- Integrate hardware and software components
- Write and maintain program documentation
- Evaluate new applications software technologies; and/or ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of application software services
Requirements
- A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated.
- 9+ years as an Enterprise Architect (Cyber)
- Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Proven history of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Active or recent previous DHA experience HIGHLY desired.
