About the role

  • Data Analytics Specialist leading data performance analyses for media campaigns in creative agency. Strong background in data tools and client interaction required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex performance analyses and propose data-driven improvements for media and communication campaigns.
  • Strong command of basic statistics and methodologies for reporting and data studies such as A/B testing, incrementality, and predictive analyses.
  • Develop and present strategic reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, using storytelling and creating reports in PowerPoint or Power BI.
  • Implement and configure advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Lead debugging processes for event triggers, pixels, and media tags to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Act as the internal and client-facing point of contact for day-to-day requests.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in data analysis and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Excel, SQL (for querying BigQuery), Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Experience as a client-facing lead/interface.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as customer journey, conversion funnel, attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Advanced English for meetings with global teams.
