- Construct multi-modal AI systems combining text, vision, audio, and external tools.

- Implement human-in-the-loop controls and safety guardrails for agent actions.
- Lead technical teams and mentor engineers in advanced agentic AI practices.
- Translate business requirements into autonomous agent solutions and workflows.
- Establish MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and observability for scalable agent deployment and monitoring.
- Deploy cloud-native and distributed architectures for high-availability agentic AI systems.
- Drive the adoption of emerging agentic AI tools, and foster a culture of R&D, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience in software development
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies (Open AI GPT, Claude, PaLM)
- Proficiency with Python and Java (preferred)
- Strong experience in AI system architecture and deployment
