About the role
- Network Analyst responsible for monitoring and supporting telecom networks at Allrede Telecom. Identifying incidents and ensuring performance in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the network, identifying performance and availability anomalies to anticipate and mitigate incidents;
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of medium- and high-complexity incidents;
- Configure, administer, and maintain network equipment;
- Support field teams, the NOC, and technical support;
- Review, analyze, and handle tickets received through the system or email, defining the best solution within established deadlines;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure;
- Perform other tasks related to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Networking or related Technologies;
- CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent certifications;
- Experience with structured troubleshooting is a plus.
