About the role

  • Azure Platform Architect designing and enhancing the Azure platform for Alleima. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, security, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, operate, and continuously improve a shared Azure platform that provides governance, security, networking, and standardized landing zones.
  • Partner closely with architecture, security, networking, and identity to ensure the platform meets enterprise standards without sacrificing developer experience.
  • Own and operate the Azure platform built on CAF, ensuring reliability, security, and great DX (developer experience).
  • Implement policy driven governance (Azure Policy, Management Groups, RBAC) and automate guardrails end to end.
  • Continuously improve security, compliance, and cost efficiency (visibility, controls, and actionable insights).
  • Automate platform components with IaC (e.g., Bicep, Terraform) and CI/CD for repeatable releases.
  • Be a trusted advisor to platform consumers —support teams onboarding to landing zones and remove friction.
  • Raise the bar on self-service catalog items, docs, and golden paths that speed up delivery safely.

Requirements

  • You're an Azure pro with real enterprise impact and hands-on with CAF and Enterprise Scale Landing Zones.
  • You think in governance and code: management groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, and IaC with Bicep or Terraform.
  • Operating a shared, multitenant platform is your home turf: you keep it secure and standardized while giving teams the freedom to move fast.
  • You communicate crisply across architecture, security, and product—and you’re fluent in English.
  • Bonus points if you’ve shipped via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, have a feel for FinOps/cost control, and bring platform engineering instincts (golden paths, self-service, SLOs).
  • Microsoft certification AZ305 is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Ownership of a strategic Azure platform used by teams across the enterprise.
  • Influence over cloud standards, guardrails, and architecture —make great defaults the easy path.
  • A modern, cloud first environment aligned to enterprise principles (public cloud where fit, governed and secure).
  • Close collaboration with development teams and the chance to shape how we build on Azure.
