About the role

  • Analista Financeiro Jr ensuring integrity of cadastral data for beneficiaries at health management firm. Collaborates across teams to correct inconsistencies and improve data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Record and track all executed activities in a structured manner, preparing periodic reports that demonstrate the quality of the information and the actions taken;
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enable adjustments and corrections to records, ensuring consistency and alignment of information across systems;
  • Identify, document, and address issues with the relevant teams — such as discrepancies, duplicates, or inconsistencies found during analyses — to ensure proper financial processing;
  • Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and completeness of master/registration data through detailed and rigorous verifications;
  • Perform comparative analyses between different internal and external databases, continuously improving validation methods and increasing accuracy in detecting inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Financial Management, or a related field;
  • Intermediate Excel skills required (functions: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE);
  • Analytical experience and profile, detail-oriented and precise, able to work with a large number of databases and systems that support reconciliation and master-data processes;
  • Experience in similar positions within the healthcare sector (such as brokers, payors/operators, or administrators) will be considered a differential.
