Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate LP portfolios and GP-led transactions.
Support due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
Maintain core limited partnership models.
Draft investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of direct private equity joint and joint-lead investments alongside other private equity investment firms.
Perform industry and company research to identify investment opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of financial models, investment theses, and due diligence reports.
Evaluate and monitor primary fund investments.
Conduct market analysis and track industry trends.
Assist in the preparation of investment recommendations and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus.
Experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field through previous internships is desired but not a must.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
