About the role

• Consultant driving impactful Microsoft D365 F&O implementations from planning to go-live. Collaborating with clients to optimize processes and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Support up to two client engagements simultaneously in a remote environment, driving successful outcomes and maintaining excellent client satisfaction;
• Assist with training and foster client adoption for long-term success;
• Conduct gap analysis, document business processes, and prepare functional design documents to ensure solutions align with client objectives;
• Oversee data migration, testing, and reporting activities to deliver high-quality outcomes;
• Recommend and build the D365 F&O solution according to client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft AX, including at least 2 full manufacturing implementations;
• Minimum of 1 successful D365 F&O implementation;
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, Shop Floor, and MRP practices;
• Skilled in implementing both Discreet and Process Manufacturing;
• Ability to lead the client in Agile manufacturing deployments;
• Strong business acumen;
• Highly organized and adaptable to Alithya methodologies.
• Extra edge: Real-world experience in a manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with WMS.
• Language skills: English: Advanced
