About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the area's performance budget, planning, and structuring
- Monitor the area's financials and results
- Develop and implement the cloud strategy for solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
- Define governance, security, and compliance policies for cloud environments, ensuring adherence to regulations such as LGPD and ISO 27001
- Manage contracts with cloud service providers and monitor technology trends for continuous innovation
- Provide performance monitoring and feedback to direct reports
- Participate in the commercial process for cloud solutions
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Establish metrics and performance indicators to optimize cloud service performance
- Participate in the hiring process for new employees
- Present the area's results
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of cloud architectures: Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP
- Knowledge of cloud technologies: Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, and related tools
- Cost management and optimization in cloud infrastructure
- Experience with PMI project management
- Participation in strategic planning for IT products
- IT budgeting and finance (FinOps)
- Proficiency in IT governance
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps: Scrum, Kanban
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations: LGPD and ISO 27001
- ITIL or COBIT certification is a plus
