Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership of the new tax advisory division
- Building an interdisciplinary team of tax advisors, tax assistants and other specialists
- Developing a strategy to increase visibility and reach in the new market segment

- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Shaping and implementing digital, technical and business developments
Requirements
- Qualified tax advisor (successfully passed the Steuerberater exam), ideally with initial professional experience
- Proven strategic experience in a firm environment, preferably within a tax practice
- Solid knowledge of tax law and practical experience in tax consulting
- Affinity for digital processes, IT tools and a good sense for the opportunities of modern technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence)
- Structured, forward-looking and proactive personality with strong communication skills
