Requirements
12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Tax).
Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
High ethical standards.
Deep Government Contracting industry experience (Preferred).
Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments (Preferred).
Prior partner or executive leadership experience (Preferred).
