Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Projekten zu bestehenden und neuen Technologien
- Systembetreuung und First-Level-Support für die von uns genutzten Software-Lösungen, inklusive Fehleranalyse und Nutzerunterstützung
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Identifizierung von prozessualen und technischen Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
- Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Prozessmodellen
- Organisation und Überwachung von User Acceptance Tests
- Durchführung von Grundlagen- und Aufbaukursen zu unseren technologischen Lösungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektberichten sowie Dokumentationen der Projekte und Prozesse
- Planung und Durchführung von Meetings, inklusive Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Protokollen
Requirements
- kaufmännische oder IT-Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse der Berufsfelder Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung sowie erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Support sind wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und TEAMS
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
