Responsibilities
Master our platform and support the Sales team by providing them with insights, expertise and the necessary tools;
Listen to and understand prospects’ needs and work internally to determine how Alan can best address them;
Build a thorough understanding of the prospect and assess the level of functional alignment with our offering and capabilities;
Participate in RFP responses and construct Alan’s replies in collaboration with Sales, Insurance and Product experts;
Join the customer acquisition journey to evangelize our services and products;
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into Alan’s product roadmap;
Prepare handovers to ensure smooth and delightful customer onboardings;
When needed, coordinate the most complex customer onboardings by leveraging your deep knowledge of the customer’s requirements and specificities.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a SaaS environment;
Extensive experience in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side), including involvement with RFIs, RFQs and RFPs;
Strong ability to quickly identify the root cause of customer concerns through active listening and requirements elicitation;
Assertive and effective at handling objections in complex environments;
Skilled at pitching a product transparently without overselling its capabilities;
Able to break down complex issues, identify product gaps and define the best product solutions;
Comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders;
Excellent at prioritizing tasks while delivering on commitments;
Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow;
Fluent in both French and English.
