About the role
- Junior Full Stack Developer supporting development of web applications and APIs at AKEN S.A. Focused on learning continuous improvement and collaboration with development teams using agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of web applications and APIs under supervision, using modern frontend and backend technologies;
- Implementation of responsive and interactive interfaces, ensuring a good user experience;
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of relational and non-relational databases;
- Consumption and integration of REST and GraphQL APIs in web applications;
- Implementation of basic unit tests to ensure code functionality;
- Support documentation and continuous improvement of developed applications;
- Collaborative work with the development team, using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Requirements
- Currently studying or graduated in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Vue or Angular);
- Initial experience with backend languages such as PHP, Node.js, Python or Java;
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB);
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub);
- Basic English (reading technical documentation).
