About the role

  • Webflow Designer & Developer Lead responsible for the design and development of AirOps marketing website. Join a fast-growing startup shaping the AI era with impactful content engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Website You'll own the AirOps marketing website end to end: design, development, and ongoing optimization, all in Webflow.
  • Support the Team You'll tackle the smaller day-to-day requests that come in from across the team, and help educate and empower others at the company to be successful in Webflow.
  • Sweat the Details You'll optimize for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO + AEO best practices.
  • Work Smarter You'll integrate AI tools and MCPs into your workflow to move faster and do more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building marketing websites, with deep expertise in Webflow [in-house experience preferred]
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design skill and technical Webflow execution
  • Ability to work autonomously from concept through launch with minimal direction
  • Experience building responsive, performant sites with clean, maintainable Webflow structures
  • Comfort working in Figma for design collaboration and in Webflow for production
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how site architecture impacts discoverability
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style
  • Experience with animation tools (Lottie, GSAP, native Webflow interactions) is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools, and MCPs and integrating them across the stack
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (analytics, forms, CMS APIs) into Webflow is a plus
