Responsibilities

Liaison with Processing Teams, Client Care Center, Financial Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
Evaluate and resolve escalated and high priority cases using research skills and alternative approaches.
Requirements
2+ years of experience on a Retirement Services processing team or in the Client Care Center.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to display strong letter writing and email etiquette when communicating internally and externally.
Extraordinary attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Proven problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and manage caseload.
