Responsibilities
Independently manage one of our real estate portfolios in the asset classes Senior Living, Health Care, Mobility, or Residential
Identify value-creation opportunities and take responsibility for their implementation
Develop asset-level strategies through a holistic assessment of properties, including ESG criteria
Contribute to portfolio diversification through active involvement in transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
Act as a valuable sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders (investors, fund management, investment, property management, etc.)
Commission, manage, and optimize property managers and other service providers
Actively contribute to the further development of the business unit, in particular by expanding the network and representing the company
Ensure the development of expertise and support internal knowledge transfer
Requirements
Degree in business, real estate, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in asset management
Confident and composed presence
Excellent knowledge of property management, commercial tenancy law, and land/property law
Analytical and structured way of working; willingness to travel across Germany (at least one overnight stay per month)
High degree of personal responsibility and initiative
Strong negotiation skills, resilience, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
NICE TO HAVE: knowledge of financial and business English
Experience in the asset classes Senior Living, Health Care, and Mobility
