Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive
Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-ups
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings and events
Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and confidential records
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
Assist with personal tasks and errands when required
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or high-level support role
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and confidently with C-suite executives, board members, stakeholders, and high-level external partners
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and poised in handling sensitive conversations and confidential information
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Ability to manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate high-stakes travel and logistics
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar/email management software
Confident, resourceful, and discreet, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Proactive problem-solver who remains composed in fast-paced environments
