About the role
- Data Analyst supporting business teams in Lyon with reporting and strategic decision-making. Focused on transforming data into actionable insights for various departments.
Responsibilities
- Support all business teams in their day-to-day monitoring as well as in decision-making on strategic matters.
- Join the Data Analytics team, motivated by the desire to have impact and make data actionable.
- Support business teams with their operational needs.
- Capture and challenge requirements and define solutions in collaboration with the Data Engineering team.
- Set up reporting.
- Provide onboarding and upskilling support for our business intelligence tool, Looker.
- Provide assistance for issues or questions regarding existing systems.
- Help teams resolve problems and make strategic decisions.
- Define the most relevant KPI framework for monitoring their performance.
Requirements
- You have 3–5 years' experience in Data Analytics.
- You have advanced SQL skills and are proficient with spreadsheets and basic statistical analysis.
- You have experience with one or more data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, ...).
- It’s a plus if you are comfortable with dbt, BigQuery and developer tools (Git).
- You are fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or in a high-growth company is a strong plus.
