Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage a quality management system that ensures continuous improvement of processes.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for Home Connect, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using agile methodologies and quality tools.
  • Analyze data and identify patterns to enhance process efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for the executive team, communicating results and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of quality management tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PDCA).
  • Experience in data analysis and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to influence.
  • Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
