About the role
- Senior Logistics Analyst optimizing processes and strategies in logistics for V.tal. Responsible for ensuring efficiency in supply chain management and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment across Brazil.
- Set purchase forecasts and monthly inbound volumes for materials and equipment, ensuring healthy inventory levels and meeting declared demand in S&OP.
- Monitor consumption performance, assessing the need for adjustments to roll-out execution and inventory balancing, ensuring equitable product availability at each distribution center (DC).
- Manage delivery rollouts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
- Issue requisitions and purchase orders according to inventory replenishment needs.
- Control contract fulfillment with suppliers (remaining balances and contract validity).
- Track supplier scheduling and appointments.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Develop and implement reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Track KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in logistics planning and inventory management.
- Advanced knowledge of management and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Proactive in seeking solutions and optimizing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team.
