Responsibilities
- Drive planning and execution for scrum team, to deliver work assigned.

Requirements
- Over 12 years of professional experience, including more than 2 years in leadership roles within a technical environment.
- Experience leading QA + Dev deliveries /initiatives.
- Experience with databases preferably SQL Server and T-SQL.
- C# development experience with multi-threading principles, good knowledge of .Net data structure and objects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as: C#, Angular, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL, Selenium.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience and belief in CI/CD/DevOps.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize time as per the need.
- Experience leading teams in an agile environment.
- Track record of growing your engineers and teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management across the globe.
- Collaborative approach to driving best possible results and outcome for the customer.
