About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in process mapping and standardization (finance/controlling, purchasing/logistics, etc.)
- Participation in tests (integration/acceptance) and documentation, including defect tracking, to ensure a smooth cut-over
- Creation and maintenance of training materials and short how‑tos for end users
- Support in the PMO: meeting preparation, to-do tracking, and reporting
- Research on best practices and support in preparing cross-departmental communication measures
Requirements
- Enrolled student (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
- Affinity for ERP systems; initial exposure to SAP (e.g., FI/CO/MM/SD) is a plus but not required
- Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint; structured working style and quick ability to learn new topics
- Very good German language skills
- Team spirit and enthusiasm to actively contribute to a company-wide change
