About the role

Responsibilities
- You will support process capture and standardization (Finance/Controlling, Purchasing/Logistics, etc.) and help maintain master data
- Assist with testing (integration/acceptance) and documentation, including issue tracking, to ensure a smooth cutover
- Prepare and maintain training materials and short how‑tos for end users
- Support PMO activities: meeting preparation, to‑do tracking and reporting
- Research best practices and help prepare cross‑functional communication measures
Requirements
- Enrolled student (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar)
- Affinity for ERP systems
- Initial experience with SAP (e.g., FI/CO/MM/SD) is a plus but not required
- Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured working style and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
- Very good German language skills
- Team spirit and a desire to actively contribute to a company‑wide change initiative
