About the role

  • Project Manager for records management at AG2R La Mondiale, leading document and data management projects. Collaborating with business units to ensure compliance and optimize archival processes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management of physical archives across the entire processing chain: sorting, inventory, classification, archival recommendations, disposal, outsourcing...
  • Support and provide functional assistance for the RDG (Records Governance Framework)
  • Lead and/or contribute — depending on the needs of projects and programs related to document and data management — to all project phases (from design to delivery): organization, coordination, facilitation, production of deliverables, monitoring budgets and timelines
  • Participate in any actions enabling the improvement, implementation and monitoring of reference frameworks and procedures related to records management (physical and digital)

Requirements

  • Strong command of project management (requirements elicitation and analysis, meeting facilitation, deliverable production...)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
  • Experience in records management
  • Proficiency with office and document management IT tools (DMS, electronic archiving systems/SAE...)
  • Ability to support change management
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to keep up-to-date on documentary domains, including regulatory developments
