Responsibilities
Participate in the management of physical archives across the entire processing chain: sorting, inventory, classification, archival recommendations, disposal, outsourcing...
Support and provide functional assistance for the RDG (Records Governance Framework)
Lead and/or contribute — depending on the needs of projects and programs related to document and data management — to all project phases (from design to delivery): organization, coordination, facilitation, production of deliverables, monitoring budgets and timelines
Participate in any actions enabling the improvement, implementation and monitoring of reference frameworks and procedures related to records management (physical and digital)
Requirements
Strong command of project management (requirements elicitation and analysis, meeting facilitation, deliverable production...)
Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
Experience in records management
Proficiency with office and document management IT tools (DMS, electronic archiving systems/SAE...)
Ability to support change management
Analytical and synthesis skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to keep up-to-date on documentary domains, including regulatory developments
