Responsibilities
Conduct active monitoring (social listening) of social networks and brand mentions, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential crises;
Manage responding on social networks, ensuring prompt replies aligned with the brand's tone of voice and institutional guidelines;
Classify and organize community interactions, routing requests to internal teams when necessary;
Produce periodic social listening and performance reports, including data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations;
Support content management and planning for social networks, collaborating with the team to organize the editorial calendar;
Contribute to content production and review when needed, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy;
Monitor potential crisis or reputation issues, assisting in the development of responses and official positions;
Work collaboratively with content, communications, and marketing teams to enhance the brand's digital presence.
Requirements
Previous experience in Social Media, with hands-on work in social listening and responding;
Experience using the Emplifi platform for monitoring, interaction management, and performance analysis;
Knowledge of social media content management, including planning and maintaining the editorial calendar;
Experience creating reports and analyzing social media metrics;
Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to the institutional tone of voice;
Analytical and organized profile, with a sense of urgency for managing interactions and potential crises.
