Junior Administrative Analyst supporting the Commercial Trade Marketing Medcel. Aiding Field Sales coordination through sales funnel analysis and organizational support.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Field Sales coordination team, acting as a strategic partner in organizing, analyzing, and monitoring the sales funnel.
Monitor the lead acquisition and enrollment process, ensuring smooth flow, adherence to deadlines, and accuracy of information from initial contact through closing.
Track sales-funnel metrics (visits, interests, proposals, and enrollments), identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Fill out, update, and maintain management spreadsheets, ensuring the reliability of commercial data.
Consolidate information from multiple sources (CRM, reports, internal departments) into tracking and control spreadsheets.
Support the preparation of reports and analyses to assist the commercial coordination in decision-making.
Participate in the management and monitoring of commercial projects, contributing to organization, execution, and delivery of expected results.
Expedite resolution of operational issues (registrations, contracts, finance, academic), working proactively and reactively.
Implement improvements to commercial processes, routines, and controls, proposing solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and conversion.
Maintain daily interface with departments involved in the sales process: Field Sales Consultants, Commercial Backoffice, Finance, Academic Office, and local Units.
Ensure alignment between departments, clarity of information, and provide support so the commercial team can focus on what matters most: selling with quality and having an impact on medical education.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in administrative routines or commercial support roles, preferably in consultative sales environments.
Experience in cost management, control, and monitoring, ensuring organization, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Experience creating, organizing, and maintaining regulatory documents, policies, internal standards, and procedures.
Experience in preparing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs, with emphasis on management reports that support coordinator and manager decision-making.
Strong skills with spreadsheets and management controls; advanced Excel is desirable (formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation).
Experience using CRM systems to monitor the sales funnel, organize data, and support commercial routines.
Availability for hybrid work, with up to 10 days on-site per month, depending on the local unit.
