About the role

  • Join Affinity Water's Graduate Scheme in Environmental & Engineering, developing expertise in sustainable water supply and resource management. Rotate through departments to gain diverse insights and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Use academic and people skills to ensure a sustainable and affordable drinking water supply.
  • Rotate through multiple departments within the organization to gain insight and experience.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and decision-making regarding customer value-for-money and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in professional development and accreditation with a professional body.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in an Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography or Mathematics discipline.
  • Strong numerical fluency and analytical capabilities.
  • Skills in technical report writing.
  • Interest in understanding complex projects and programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn from technical and industry-leading experts on wide-ranging topics including improving biodiversity, managing water resources, asset health and resilience, water treatment technologies and processes.
