About the role
- Associate Digital Producer supporting digital production across A+E's streaming platforms. Collaborating with teams to maintain high-quality user experiences and drive audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Gather assets and use CMS to launch, maintain, schedule and optimize TVE Watch apps, SVOD apps and brand websites
- Assist Producers with updates on Editorial/TVE homepages as needed
- Escalate any inefficiencies with processes, or the CMS, to Producers
- Work on special projects, including audits and site and app relaunches
- Troubleshoot sites and apps, escalating issues to Product and Development teams
- Monitor and analyze app and site metrics to make recommendations to drive viewing or deepen engagement
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in streaming media or digital media
- Experience working in a CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Contentful, Drupal)
- Demonstrated ability to follow content schedules
- Experience with project management/organization systems like Airtable, Jira
- Experience pulling analytics data using tools like Adobe, Amplitude and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with research tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console; knowledge of SEO
