- Push for step-change improvements in throughput without compromising on quality.
- Act as a technical sparring partner for the team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI/LLMs into our connectivity workflows.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager (or experienced EM) leading agile development teams.
- Capable of driving topics independently and taking ownership of your domain.
- Strong background as a hands-on Software Engineer (ideally Python) with deep understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Solid grasp of the current AI landscape. Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted workflows or tooling.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between high-level planning and tactical problem-solving.
