About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing complex logistics projects from kick-off to commissioning at advasolutions. Collaborating with teams and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead complex customer projects in the field of automated logistics solutions — from kick-off to commissioning
  • You will manage the entire project lifecycle and ensure that schedules, quality standards, and budget targets are consistently met
  • You will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure clear communication among all parties involved
  • As the central point of contact between customers, engineering and internal departments, you will keep all aspects under control
  • You will develop solution strategies when deviations occur and ensure projects are implemented successfully and cost-effectively
  • You will work closely with Procurement, R&D, Production and Assembly to optimally align technical and organizational requirements
  • You will report regularly to stakeholders and executive management and drive continuous improvement of project processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in logistics, automation or mechanical engineering
  • Strong technical understanding of automated systems and robotics
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic, big-picture perspective
  • Willingness to travel (depending on project location)
  • Excellent German skills (C1); English skills are an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Jira and Confluence is desirable
  • Driver's license (Class B)
